Almosaly App Terms of Use:

These Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you”) and Madarsoft for using Almosaly App, a Delaware corporation (“Company,” “we” or “us”) for use of the Almosaly mobile application, the website (almosaly.com), the servers used by the application, the computer files stored on such servers, and all related services, and all related services, features and content offered by the Company (collectively, the “App”). This Agreement is not concluded with Apple, Inc., any of its subsidiaries, Google, Inc., any of its subsidiaries, or any other entity as may apply. 

Acceptance of terms

• Please read this Agreement carefully. By creating an account or accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE APP.
  We may modify this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you by email, through the App, or by presenting you with a new version of the Agreement for you to accept if we make modifications that materially change your rights. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of an updated version of the Agreement will indicate your acceptance of the Agreement as modified.
  

Your Contacts

• Your phone contacts are read by Almosaly App so that you can add them to your Fajr List. We do not save them or keep them. If you do not like to enable Almosaly App to read your contacts, you can disable that permission for Almosaly App.

Collection of Information

When you access or use Almosaly App, we automatically collect information about your device, including:

• Log Information: We log information about your use of the App, including the type of device you use, the features you use, access times.
• Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including information about the device’s software, unique device identifiers, Get user installation list for advertising, but do not upload list information directly, using hash algorithm - bloom filter instead, push or other device tokens, mobile network information and time zone.
• Usage Information: We collect information relating to your use of the App, including your interested features of app.
• Login with Facebook, twitter, google or apple is mandatory if you want to comment on any article in the app or if you want to comment on our polls.
• when logging in, we save the name and the photo associated with the login account and display it with your comment. So all other users can know which account comments or which account replies to the comment.

• How to exercise your privacy rights : At any time, you can exercise your rights to your information by contacting our data protection officer at support@madarsoft.com

Location data

We use location data to:

• Send you prayer alerts on time, even when the app is closed.
• Improve the accuracy of our prayer time calculations.

We collect location data using the device's GPS or Wi-Fi. We only collect the minimum amount of location data necessary to provide our services.

You can disable location services for our app at any time in your device's settings.

Information We Collect from Other Sources

We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through the App. For example, if you log into the App using a third-party site or platform such as Facebook, we may access information about you from that site or platform, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such third party site or platform.

If you log into the App using a third-party site or platform, you represent and warrant that:

• 1. your access and use of such features in connection with the App will comply with the applicable terms and policies of such site or platform;
• 2. Provide and deliver the products and services you request and send you related information;
• 3. Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages;
• 4. Provide news and information about the App we think will be of interest to you;
• 5. Personalize and improve the App and provide tailored content and features;
• 6. Link or combine with information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better service;

Social Sharing Features

The App may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take in the App with other media, and vice versa.

The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature.

Advertising and Analytics

• Services Provided by Others

We allow third-party companies to serve ads and collect certain anonymous information when you visit our app. These companies may use anonymous information such as your Google Advertising ID, your device type and version, location, in order to provide advertisements.

Push Notifications With your consent, we may send push notifications or alerts to your mobile device to provide App-related information, service updates, promotional communications and other related messages. You can deactivate these notifications by changing your notification settings on your device.

To help us improve our service we collect the following information on an anonymous basis: Operating System, Date & time, Latitude, Longitude, Accuracy (GPS), SSID (network), BSSID (network), Bundle ID, Device Model, Device Manufacturer, Carrier Code (Android only), Carrier Name, Sim Code, Country, and Locale.

Improving Mobile Experience

We partner with CellRebel to anonymously analyze data about devices and network connections. This helps us understand how well mobile networks perform and how users experience apps like ours.

• What data do we collect?

We collect general data, such as network performance and user experience metrics, but not personal information. This means we can't identify you as an individual.

• How is this data used?

Improving network performance: This data helps us and mobile network operators identify and address any network issues you might experience. Enhancing the app experience: We use this information to ensure our app runs smoothly and provides the best possible experience for all users. Designing targeted marketing (optional): In some cases, anonymized data might be shared with third parties to create general marketing campaigns for network services (not specifically for our app).

Deleting Your Data

You have the right to delete your data. You may do so via the contacting our data protection officer at support@madarsoft.com. Deletion requests will be completed within 30 days of receiving confirmation, your information will be entirely deleted from that data.

User Generated Contents

ALMosaly app is on a mission to provide a highly suitable content for it's audience. Our app provide some features that enable users to share content with each others Our Community management team regularly reviews the content and take the necessary actions if they find any inappropriate discussion or a comment that does not meet this policy We request you to follow the guidelines otherwise your content or your account will be removed. While creating the content, you shall not: 

• Create Content that can be categorized as hate speech 
• Create Contents that show nudity, crime, weapons, violence, or inappropriate picture or photos. 
• Create Contents that are promoting or supporting any terrorist organization. 
• Create Contents promoting any unlawful. 

At our sole discretion, we also reserve our right to:

• Delete any inappropriate or irrelevant comments or materials.
• Delete or modify comments containing personal data, such as name, address, or email.
• Use, copy, modify, reshuffle, move, change, publicly display, publicly conduct and distribute discussions, comments, and materials.
• Block your comments for any reasons or moderate them as we deem appropriate.
